I just had received my MaxiSys 908 a couple of days ago and went to try it on a vehicle here at home to see how it is supposed to work.  The VCI will not power up even though the data links are powered and grounded on 2 different vehicles here.  Has anyone experienced that and how did it get resolved.  I haven't seen anything like this in the owners manual.  Any assistance that could be given would be very helpful, Thank You.

 I tried plugging into one of the vehicles again with the VCI and it did power up as designed.  I will try the other vehicle again tomorrow with every expectation it will work also.
